Summary:
In this role, you will work in an energizing, inclusive, and creative environment focused on concepting and creating sustainable product that exceeds customers' expectations. The role sits within the Concept Team who s focus is to create compelling and strategic seasonal direction for the Brand & Customer. This role is instrumental in establishing a holistic expression of color from direction to family trend palettes - for the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
" Research global trend insight and markets in order to identify new color trends and strategic concept color direction each season.
" Work with Color Senior Director to curate and create color visuals, mood boards & presentations.
" Collaborate with Concept & Design team to deliver thematic seasonal trend palettes.
" Develop strong internal cross-functional relationships with Design & Merchandising to ensure strategic and purposeful color direction - provide color design support & guidance as needed.
" Create and maintain concept-led color tools: trend palettes, color strategy & inspiration boards.
Qualifications:
" Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and highly collaborative environment, with the agility to juggle multiple seasons at one time and track deadlines.
" Possess an elevated sense of style, color, knowledge of color theory, and understand how to translate color trends through the lens of the customer and brand filter
" Dynamic, team-oriented attitude; positive energy with an ability to take feedback
" Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions
" Confident presentation skills, capable of influencing an audience
" Well-crafted communication and organizational skills; strong detail orientation, project management, and prioritization skills
" Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
