Job Details:
- $96,000 – 132,000 + / Annually
- Gateway Collision is looking for an exceptional Collision Center Manager to join our winning team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced, hardworking, quality minded manager who is looking to make good money and be respected at work.

- The ideal candidate needs to be a strong leader with previous Body Shop experience
- Current Body Shop Management experience
- Knowledge of repair methods
- Solid understanding of estimating process
- Experience with CCC estimating and management systems
- Proficient computer skills
- Forward thinking, up to date with equipment and technology

Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage body shop technicians and painters
- Write body shop repair estimates
- Manage all direct repair accounts
- Handle customers, insurance companies, estimators, and technician
- QC vehicles before delivery
- Coordinate with team during daily production meetings
- Create & control production schedule to meet deadlines
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Collision Management experience
- Above average quality focus
- High production capabilities
- I-CAR or ASE Certifications are a bonus
