Collision Receptionist

Job Description:

• Welcome visitors and provide Best in class customer service in person and on the phone.
• Provide general administrative support to teammates.
• Ensure work files are consistent and complete in accordance with SOPs Create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
• Schedule customer repairs and estimate appointments.
• Maintain office supplies and replenish inventory.
• Responsible for accounting-related administrative duties including but not limited to; payroll, accounts receivable, closing repair orders, accepting payments, and daily deposit processing.
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Personable, friendly demeanor with "Best in Class" customer service.
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of related experience.
• Ability to effectively communicate with others, orally and written.
• Multi-tasker; adapts easily to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
