Job Description:
- Welcome visitors and provide Best in class customer service in person and on the phone.
- Provide general administrative support to teammates.
- Ensure work files are consistent and complete in accordance with SOPs Create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety.
- Schedule customer repairs and estimate appointments.
- Maintain office supplies and replenish inventory.
- Responsible for accounting-related administrative duties including but not limited to; payroll, accounts receivable, closing repair orders, accepting payments, and daily deposit processing.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
- Personable, friendly demeanor with "Best in Class" customer service.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of related experience.
- Ability to effectively communicate with others, orally and written.
- Multi-tasker; adapts easily to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
