Responsibilities:
- Prepare estimates after examining damaged vehicles, appraising vehicle damage to determine repair costs, and writing estimates
- Compare final invoice with original repair order
- Work effectively with technicians and parts department to ensure quality service
- Be able to answer technical questions about vehicle repairs
- Deliver vehicle to customer after checking all the repairs are completed as planned
- Assist with maintaining production flow of the shop.
Job Qualifications:
Maintain a clean driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
ASE certification is a bonus
I-Car certifications
Knowledge of software such as CCC, Mitchell software, Dealer track and Insurance companies claim sites.

Collision Manager
