Job Description
This is a part-time, temporary/seasonal position. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis to establish an applicant pool. As vacancies occur, they are filled from the pool.
This position is subject to a criminal history check
Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be willing to work outdoors for a portion of the day
• Must successfully pass a background check and reference check
• Ability to move camp materials weighing up to 15 pounds throughout the building and occasionally across campus
• Ability to communicate effectively with campers and their parents
• Ability to work effectively as a member of a team

Duties and Responsibilities:
With close supervision and instruction, the Camp Assistant will

• Ensure safety of children participating in College for Kids summer camps through close supervision and guidance
• Assist with pickup and drop off processes for campers
• Lead and assist with camp activities under the direction of camp director
• Set up and clean up camp activities
• Follow safety procedures in emergency situations
• Ensure proper completion of camper paperwork by parents
