The working hours are as followed:
Monday and Tuesday 10:30am-7:00pm CST and Wednesday through Friday 8:00 am (or 8:30 am) to 4:30 pm (or 5:00 pm) CST

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and take inbound calls by utilizing Autodialer and attempt to obtain balances from customers
- Effectively analyze accounts in order to assist with questions using FACS and Athena
- Effectively communicate with teammates and management
- Handle all inbound and outbound calls with courtesy and professionalism
Required Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Preferred License/Registration/Certification: NHCA Collector Certification

Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Other Qualifications
Ability to navigate through the internet using internet search tools
Preferred knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding
Preferred experience in a physician/clinic setting
