Collections Representative - Tampa South

Salary: 16.00-18.00 Hourly

We are seeking energetic, highly motivated, and competitive telemarketing agents for our office on Waters Ave. In this position, you would be responsible for handling inbound and outbound collection calls for charged-off credit card debt. You must possess excellent communication skills (written and oral) and work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities/Duties

Utilize negotiating skills to resolve delinquent accounts and work with individuals to help them successfully overcome their financial challenges.

• Multitask: Make calls while using websites to look up business phone numbers
• Reaching out to account holders with delinquent accounts and making payment arrangements
• Document your conversation accurately.
• Accuracy and attention to detail are critical.
