As the Collection Specialist, you will contact consumers to negotiate repayment or establish repayment schedules to resolve delinquent accounts.

As a valued team member your responsibilities will include:
- Work on automated dialer 95% of scheduled hours
- Review, analyze and take appropriate action daily for all calls or correspondence.
- Handle inbound and outbound high call volume daily with the intent to collect payment or resolve accounts.
- Use tact and diplomacy when interacting with customer calls while adhering to the FCRA, FDCPA, and HIPAA regulations.
- Document accurate information on calls.
- Interface professionally with other departments as needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the management team.
- Provide excellent customer service for all customer calls.
- Maintain pleasant attitude, informative and courteous manner with all customer calls.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
- Ability to multitask, navigate computer systems efficiently, and type accurately.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Call Center, Customer Service and Collection experience preferred.
- Negotiation Skills a plus
