Collections Representative

For Collector Position:

We are a small third-party collections agency located in West Knoxville, needing to expand our collection floor. We are urgently hiring dependable, motivated collectors to join our company. We are looking for individuals who are motivated to make money!! Candidates must be hard working, willing to meet monthly goals, and work well in a team environment. This is a full-time position, Monday-Fridays, NO WEEKENDS! Bi-lingual is a plus!!!! Responsibilities:

Find and inform consumers about unpaid accounts

Collect payments on consumer's accounts

Advise and follow-up with consumers on unpaid accounts

Qualifications:

Previous experience in collections, customer service, call center, or other related fields

Ability to build rapport with consumers

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Schedule:

Monday,Tuesday Wednesday,ThursdayFriday 8:30am-5:30pm

OPEN HOURS 8:00am-6:oopm

Compensation:

$15.00 per hour +++PLUS Commission & Bonus

We offer paid vacation after a year of employment, paid holidays after 90 days, and monthly bonus plus commission
