Job Title:Collections Agent (Auto Loan Collections)
Pay: $19.00/hourly
Location: Tempe, AZ | WFH flexibility after 1 month of training
Schedule: 6:00am - 10:00pm (8hr shift with mandatory OT at the end of the month)
Job Description:
Collect and follow up on delinquent auto loan accounts both in a heavy dialer driven environment with manual efforts as well.
Job Duties:
Maintaining good customer relations with borrowers and effectively solving problems is our main focus
Best in class customer interactions with results!
Identify, evaluate, and resolve reasons for delinquency
Negotiate account resolutions
Maintain company performance and productivity standards
Perform skip tracing as needed
30 WPM typing speed
Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
Ideal Candidate:
2 years+ of Collections experience *REQUIRED*
Genuine passion for exceeding goals - TOP PERFORMER
Eager to make extra $$ in OT
On-boarding Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Criminal Background & Drug Screening
2 verifiable employment references
