We are looking for a Collections Specialist and a Collections Associate to join our team! Possible work from home options after 4-6 months of full time employment.
Monday-Friday 8-5p or 30 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Inbound and outbound calls
- Set up payment arrangements
- Send text and email payment links
- Find solutions for customers to get their accounts satisfied
- Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts
- Keep records and status of customer's account
- Work as a team to hit daily, weekly and monthly goals
- Provide excellent customer service to each customer
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in billing, customer service, or other related fields is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to find solutions for customers
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work individually and in a team
