Diversified Transfer & Storage is a family-owned trucking company, dedicated to providing the best temperature sensitive shipping and food-safe warehouse solutions for our customers. We specialize in Local shipping, distribution, and the storage of refrigerated, frozen, and dry food-safe products. We have terminals in Billings Montana, Aurora Colorado, and Salt Lake City Utah, as well as transport and storage partners nationwide and into Western Canada. Duties to Include:

• Managing our Cold Storage Warehouse & Local Deliveries.
• Managing employees.
• Scanning all required documents from Bills of Lading, Proof of Deliveries, Lumper Receipts, Manifests, and related information as directed by Supervisor.
• Candidate must be proficient with Data Entry, Rating, and Printing of Bills.
• Answering Phones and scheduling pick up and delivery appointments.
• Entering Inbound and Outbound Shipment Information.
• Assist in billing of storage customers.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Cold Storage Warehouse experience is a plus.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

The successful candidate must be able to *multi-task efficiently* and able to work well with others. This role requires attention to detail and time management skills. The schedule for this position is considered an 8 hour day shift Monday through Friday, weekends when necessary.

The right candidate for this position will need to Build Relationships with Customers to Achieve:

• Profitable revenue growth
• Customer loyalty

• Thorough knowledge about the customers including products and needs
• Knowledge of DOT policies and procedures is a plus
• Customer satisfaction with reports & communication

MUST HAVE:

• 5 YEARS OF TRANSPORTATION EXPERIENCE
• 5 YEARS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
• 5 YEARS OF MANAGING EXPERIENCE

Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 Annually DOE
