To be successful in this role, the right candidate will have prior experience working in retail and will have a passion for helping customers find the right products that match their needs. Candidates with the most relevant experience have a degree or certification in business or an equivalent amount of experience working in a retail management environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in identifying opportunities for profit and growth.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store.
- Manage inventory to ensure that items are available when needed.
- Ensure that administrative matters are handled in a timely manner.
- Participate in staff meetings with upper management.
- Create and implement store policies to ensure that the store is run safely, efficiently, and profitably.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 28 per week
