SalaryCafe Evoke is a 3rd wave Coffee Shop in Historic Downtown Edmond. We are seeking an experienced Coffee Shop Manager who has worked in 3rd wave coffee and is a proficient barista.

Local owners Lori and Robert Black have owned and operated this iconic Coffee Shop / cafe since 2019. With business growing each year, they need help with someone who can take care of the day to day running of the very busy shifts. This position would be a floor manager position, floating as needed at each station in the cafe, helping out the staff, solving problems, interacting with guests, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the cafe at all times. In addition, there are opportunities to work on and assist with mobile coffee bar catering, in house events, and staff training!
The starting pay is between $18-$19 / hour. No tips since this is a management position. We are open 7 days a week from 7am-3pm. This position requires at least 30 hours of work per week, and up to 38 hours. Full and open availability is a must!
