Coffee, Mobile Food Sales Manager

Fun in the Sun and MONEY too!! We are looking for the perfect person to become the Route Manager of a Mobile Coffee/Food Sales Route. Monday through Friday, 6 am until approximately 2 pm, year-round. This is an outside position driving and selling food and beverages to Construction sites and businesses. You work independently and are responsible for maintaining and increasing sales. MUST be able to add and make change without calculator. Pay is Hourly with daily tips & Quarterly Sales Bonus. Paid holidays, vacations, sick time, Free Life Insurance Policy, and a 3% Simple IRA match. You begin and end each day in the City of Rochester. EMAILS ONLY

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the mobilization of resources for your route
- Manage and supervise the setup and breakdown of equipment
- Ensure all necessary supplies and resources are available each day
- Collaborate with various other managers to ensure smooth execution of plans
- Monitor the progress of mobilization of responsable route, make adjustments as needed
- Maintain inventory of equipment, supplies, and materials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during mobilization processes

Qualifications:

-Able to quickly make change without use of calculator
- Previous experience in sales, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus
- Customer service-oriented mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
