YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR FULL- OR PART-TIME COFFEE HOUSE SHIFT LEADER - BARISTA

This food service position can be part-time or full-time and has a flexible schedule.

Because of you, our restaurant functions smoothly and effectively as you prioritize exceptional customer service and undertake various management responsibilities. By strictly adhering to our recipes, you expertly craft delectable drinks, smoothies, and teas while also performing light food preparation. You are also responsible for accurately recording customer orders in our point-of-sale system and keeping a balanced cash drawer. Moreover, you build strong relationships with our customers, many of whom visit us daily!

Additionally, you effectively train new employees and educate our food service staff on how to be self-sufficient and prioritize like a pro. Maintaining our high-quality standards is critical, so you keep a sharp eye to ensure we're always following company policies and food service regulations. You're the protector of the restaurant, checking product deliveries, holding the keys, and being the go-to person for any challenges that come your way.
