Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their drink orders
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic beverages
- Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage station
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to customers
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Skills:
- Previous experience in bartending and/or food service
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer requests simultaneously
- Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Excellent sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
