Cocktail Server

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Beverage Server to join our team. As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your main duties will include taking drink orders, serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. ```Responsibilities```
- Greet customers and take their drink orders promptly
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Ensure accuracy in taking orders and delivering drinks to the correct tables
- Provide recommendations on beverage selections based on customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies as needed
- Process payments accurately using cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders
- Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a Beverage Server or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of different types of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beers
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Proficient in using POS systems such as Aloha POS or similar software
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills to ensure timely service to customers
- Knowledge of OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus
- Familiarity with culinary terms and food preparation is an advantage
