This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity with our client, hiring immediately!
Summary of position:
The Coating Technician will receive units inspect and prepare for coating. You will check over various parts necessary to meet the job requirements for the customers work order.
Duties will include but are not limited too;
- Let Supervisors, or management know about any circumstances which may affect quality.
- Prep unit for coating by masking where needed.
- Communicate any issues or developments identified during process.
- Follow daily production schedule and instructions as indicated on the work order.
- Perform all essential duties of the position efficiently.
Routine maintenance:
- Check spray booth filters.
- Check and clean spray gun daily.
- Clean face mask daily.
- Keep equipment clean of debris and foreign matter.
- Report any unsafe conditions to Safety Manger.
- Fill out daily production form.
- Standing for long periods.
- Repetitive upper body movement.
- Regular Bending, kneeling and squatting.
- Certify for SCBA once a year.
- Ability to lift 50lbs.
- Comply with all company guidelines and policies/training
