Job Description
1. Standing Majority of Day
2. Ability to lift or move more than 50 pounds
3. Business Travel Not Required
4. Ability to Gown for Manufacturing
5. I will abide by all cGMP, FDA and DEA regulatory standards
6. Responsible for controlling and aligning of multiple web paths during the manufacturing process using tension drive units and pressure rollers along with an edge guiding system to mate release liners and backing films to (treated and non-treated) substrates.
7. Knowledge of laminating pressures in regards to various types of films, fabrics and foams.
8. Knowledge of Corona Treatment.
9. Knowledge of splicing materials together utilizing a utility knife, tape gun and splicing table.
10. Retrieval of raw stock materials utilizing pallet jack.
11. Documentation of batch records and departmental logbooks in accordance with cGMP"s and SOP"s.
12. Ability to perform machine set-ups, troubleshoot, and correct machine functions and tension settings during manufacturing process.
13. Ensure proper disposal of hazardous waste, cleaning solutions and adhesive compounds
* High School graduate or equivalent
* At least 5 years" experience in a Pharmaceutical environment with 3 years of Manufacturing experience
* Basic reading, writing and verbal skills
* Excellent team player
* Able to wear safety glasses, hearing protection, full face/half mask respirator, latex gloves, Tyvek suit and other safety equipment as needed.
