What you’ll love to do
Internal Team Focus:
Build rapport and strong professional relationships with team members and direct reports
Develop open lines of communication with the coaching team, allowing for questions and needs to be discussed proactively
Quickly identify any barriers for your coaches or programs and provide recommendations to mitigate
Coach members of the coaching team virtually by observing their meetings with teachers and then meeting for one-on-one coaching to provide feedback, practice strategies, and plan specific next steps.
Facilitate and lead internal processes, onboarding and trainings for the coaching team - including implementing learning development opportunities through individual and small-group coaching, and whole group workshops using EdConnective’s Coach Rubric.
Communicate clear guidelines around high expectations of professionalism from our coaches, including consistent communication, promptness and attendance, and kind and asset-oriented language.
External Focus:
Align expectations between buyers and the coaches working to deliver their associated programs
Partner with our sales and customer success team to develop and strengthen our relationships and identify retention and new business opportunities
Facilitate world-class workshops to districts and schools we partner with - including supporting the development of workshop facilitators using EdConnective’s Workshop Facilitator Rubric through individual coaching and whole group sessions.

Experience in an educational coaching program or role
Experience in a K12 education role
