CNC Turn/Mill Machinist

Position: CNC Turn/Mill Machinist

Responsibilities:

• Set up CNC equipment (Swiss and Turn/Mill) with limited supervision, including prove-outs of new processes and adjustments to obtain an approved First Article Inspection Report.
• Run production quantities while maintaining process capability and meeting productivity standards.
• Troubleshoot and implement process improvements during both setup and production.
• Work with teammates to ensure the team meets shared objectives.
• Perform routine maintenance of equipment.
• Keep the team's work area clean and free from safety hazards.

Qualifications:

• Strong blueprint reading and comprehension. Understanding of GD&T per ASME Y14.5 is a significant plus.
• Ability to set up and program Swiss lathes with Mitsubishi control.
• Strong knowledge of production tooling selection and use, including spindle tooling and cutting tools.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
