CNC Set up/Operator Machinist

Job Requirements/Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operating CNC machines
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Proficiency in using precision measuring tools to ensure product quality
• Responsible for the setup, operation and adjusting machine parameters to ensuring precise an accurate grinding of components
• Knowledge of G-code programming is a plus
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, conformance to specifications and overall quality
• Communicate with the leads and quality control teams to resolve any issues related to production or product quality
• Have an understanding of various tools and gages relevant to the industry
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time during the workday
