```Overview```
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating Press Brake machines to bend, shape, and form metal sheets according to specifications. This is a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the production of high-quality metal components.

```Responsibilities```
- Set up and operate Press Brake machines to bend, shape, and form metal sheets
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
- Determine the sequence of operations and select the appropriate tooling
- Adjust machine settings to ensure accurate dimensions and angles of bends
- Monitor machine operations to detect any defects or malfunctions
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of metalworking processes
- Proficiency in quality inspection techniques and using precision measuring instruments
- Experience with laser cutting machines is a plus
- Familiarity with operating a lathe is beneficial
- Previous experience operating Press Brake machines is required
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to use hand tools effectively
- Experience operating cranes for material handling is preferred
- Knowledge of different tooling types and their applications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
