CNC Machinist, CAMPRO Vertical Mill 3 axis, Fanuc OIMF controls, Set-up, a plus CAD programming.
Receive instructions verbally and in writing from a supervisor; to include job orders, prints, sketches and manufacturing instructions.
Set up and operate, manually edit programs for various CNC tools according to instructions and inspect first piece documentation.
Load and unload machine, set up jigs and fixtures.
Check work for dimensions and tolerances by using gauges, calipers, etc., with documentation on machine data sheet.
Deburr and perform operator maintenance to parts and machine.
Follow all safety rules and regulations.
Perform required paperwork and record keeping.
Perform other duties as they may be assigned by management.
Understanding of G Code is a plus.
Work a cell with CNC, Bridgeport, Drill press and EM stamp machine.
Pay based on experience.
