```Duties```
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform various machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements
- Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and attachments for each job
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve overall production efficiency
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience operating CNC machines, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining processes
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Familiarity with logic controllers and programming for CNC machines is a plus
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Basic math skills for performing calculations related to machining operations
Job Types: Part-time, Internship
Pay: $18.79 - $19.72 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
