Cnc Operator

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines to fabricate parts according to specifications. This is a critical role in our manufacturing process and requires attention to detail and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and cutting
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand job requirements
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and quality
- Maintain proper machine maintenance by cleaning and lubricating equipment
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and make adjustments as needed
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 to 5 years experience operating CNC machines - Proficient in reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precise measurements using calipers and other measuring instruments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
