3. Minimum 3 years setting up 3,4,5, vertical mills.
4. blueprint reading skills.
5. fixture making
6. motivated / self-starter
7. trouble shooting skills/ problem solving.
8. pays attention to quality of parts.
9. willing to train operators.
10. understand and edit cnc programs (5 axes is a plus)
11. good attendance
12. Base salary from $20 to $25 (We can check if is an especial case)
