This is a second shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Operate CNC Machines Efficiently and Effectively to Meet Production Goals and Quality Standards
Learn and Master the Operation of Large Band Saws, Multi-Spindle Drills, and Oxy-Fuel Coping Machines
Monitor Production Output to Ensure Accuracy, Precision, and Compliance with Specifications
Perform Routine Maintenance Tasks on Machines to Ensure Optimal Functionality and Minimize Downtime
Enforce Safety Protocols and Procedures to Maintain a Safe Working Environment for all Team Members
Maintain Accurate Records of Production Activities, Machine Maintenance, and any Relevant Documentation
Requirements:
Proven Experience in CNC Machine Operation
Familiarity with Large Band Saws, Multi-Spindle Drills, and Oxy-Fuel Coping Machines - Preferred
Strong Mechanical Aptitude and Problem-Solving Skills
Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team in a Fast-Paced Environment
Flexibility to Work Second Shift Hours as Required
