National Company looking for inspiring, lead from the front CNC Machinist Supervisor to drive productivity within our talented team.

CNC Machinist Supervisor Leadership:

• Experience being responsible for teams of 5+ members
• Scheduling, training, redirection, counseling and performance management
• Able to jump in and help in urgent or high priority situations
• Works with plant leadership to coordinate labor power with overall goals

CNC Machinist Supervisor Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2yrs+ CNC Machinist Supervisor experience
• G&M Code reading and programming experience
• Some combination of mill, lathe or boring experience

CNC Machinist Supervisor Benefits:

• $35 - 39 hr, performance bonuses and shift differential
