Job Description
- Set-up and operation on CNC Laser and other production machines i.e.. Lathes and mills.
- Understanding and ability to problem-solve any issues that may occur with machinery and/or material.
- Working with a variety of measuring, inspection devices, hand tools and the ability to identify different types and thicknesses of materials.
- Ability to utilize various inspection tools, Calipers, Mics, Overlays, and Pin Gauges.
- Ability to pay exceptional attention to detail and have the capacity to handle multiple tasks effectively under deadline pressures while following direction and completing assignments accurately and on time.
- Proficient computer skills.

- Schedule and organize time and tasks effectively.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience required in a manufacturing environment.
- Prefer background in Aerospace Industry.
- Sets up and programs machinery to cut sheet material.
- Analyzes drawings and specifications and determines tooling by applying knowledge and experience of metal properties, machining, and processes.
- Work with toolmakers, engineers, and quality to give feedback and resolve problems regarding tolerances are not meeting customer specifications.
- Inspect tools using calipers, mics, overlays, and pin gauges to determine whether intolerance of customer specifications.
- Daily maintenance and cleanup of machines and align machines when/if issues arise.
- Learns and adheres to required safety and housekeeping standards and practices.
