CNC Operator 

• 2nd Shift> Mon- Thursday > 3:15 PM-1:45AM
• DIRECT HIRE
• Pay dependent on experience. $18 - $22

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to job specifications.
• Load and unload materials into CNC machines.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of CNC machining processes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Attention to detail and precision in work.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

CNC MACHINIST

• 2nd Shift > Mon -Thursday
• 3:15PM - 4AM
• DIRECT HIRE
• Pay determined by experience> $22-$28 

Note: CNC Machinists are typically involved in more advanced tasks than CNC Operators, including programming and setup, and may be responsible for more complex machining projects compared to CNC Operators.
Responsibilities:

• Set up and program CNC machines based on engineering drawings.
• Choose appropriate tooling and materials for machining operations.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Conduct in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex machining issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines.
• Train and mentor CNC Operators.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education preferred.
• Proficient in CNC programming at the machine and setup.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints.
• Attention to detail and precision in work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
