CNC Operator
- 2nd Shift> Mon- Thursday > 3:15 PM-1:45AM
- DIRECT HIRE
- Pay dependent on experience. $18 - $22
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to job specifications.
- Load and unload materials into CNC machines.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine issues.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of CNC machining processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Attention to detail and precision in work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

CNC MACHINIST

- Pay determined by experience> $22-$28
Responsibilities:
- Set up and program CNC machines based on engineering drawings.
- Choose appropriate tooling and materials for machining operations.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary.
- Conduct in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex machining issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance on CNC machines.
- Train and mentor CNC Operators.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical education preferred.
- Proficient in CNC programming at the machine and setup.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints.
- Attention to detail and precision in work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
