Job Description:
? Set up machines and produce parts from blueprints with tight tolerances.
?Employee must safely perform all duties.Safely set up, program and operate 2-axis CNC mill to produce parts as required by job order.Safely set up, program, and operate 3-4 axis CNC mill to produce parts as required by job order.Operate safely various saws, grinders, sanders, hoists, and other machine shop equipment as required.
Aability to machine parts using CNC Mills, Manual Mills, CNC Lathes and Manual Lathes with little or no supervision.
? Perform CNC and manual machine shop operations including the use of CNC/manual milling machines (vertical and horizontal), lathes, drill presses, hydraulic presses, and grinders.
? Perform layout and prepare shop drawings as required.
Perform Maintenance on machines
Safely operate forklift
? Follow all applicable specifications to accomplish a specific task.
? Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
? Perform work within estimated hours.
? Follow all safety procedures and specifications.
? Work with little or no supervision and accomplish assignments with little or no rework.
? Previous experience operating CNC and manual milling machines
? Ability to meet production/quality standards
? Able to do heavy lifting and standing for long periods
? History of working in a detail oriented fast paced environment
? Proven history of excellent attendance
