```Duties:```
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
- Interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine machining requirements
- Select and load appropriate materials into the machine
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and accuracy
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience operating CNC machines or similar equipment
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Strong knowledge of machining techniques and materials handling
- Ability to use measuring tools and perform quality control inspections
- Familiarity with assembly processes and welding techniques is a plus
- Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software is preferred
- Knowledge of press brake machines and stamping press operations is a bonus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
