Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- At least 5 years of VTL/Lathe experience.
- Proficiency in machining various materials, including tool steels, mild steel, aluminum, exotic super alloys, and plastics.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with basic G&M programming.
- Ability to interpret and work from complex drawings.
- Exceptional setup skills, particularly for complex setups.
