This position will be a Full-Time, Night Shift position out in our Hobby Airport South Houston, TX Location.
Responsibilities of the CNC Horizontal Mill Machinist Operator include, but are not limited to:

• G, M-Code and Mazatrol Programming
• Equipment used: CNC Milling Machine centers and CNC Lathes
• Controls: Mazatrol up to 5 axis programming mills X, Y, and Z.
• Assure accuracy of machine, process instructions, and if necessary, modify to accomplish the hightes efficiency of the CNC program utilizing available tooling/fixturing.
• Prepare instructions and maintain set-up and tooling sheets using available tooling and fixturing

Qualifications of the CNC Horizontal Mill Machinist include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to program, operate, and work on a 5 axis Mazak Mazatrol programmed and CNC Horizontal Mill Machines with X, Y, and Z settings Preferrable.
• MUST be able to understand, read, and comprehend G, M-Codes!

Physical Demand: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted.
Working Conditions: Must be able to work in a Non-AC Shop Environment

Shift Time/Overtime: Must be able to work Night Shift 10 -12-hour shifts including weekends!

Education: HS Diploma, associate degree a plus.
