CNC CAD & CAM Programmer

We are looking for skilled CNC CAD & CAM Programmersto share our love of architectural woodworking! Our Programmers enjoy working in a diverse environment alongside skilled craftsman. We are willing to build the skills of someone with the CNC CAD & CAM Programming background and desire to learn.

Position Duties:

• Proficient in CNC operating, programming, nesting, scaling, tooling, modifying cut files in CAD and joining techniques.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine attachments.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain product specifications.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine performance or product quality.

Position Requirements:

• 1-2 years CNC CAD & CAM Programming experience.
• 1-2 years CNC Operator experience.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills in CNC Programming Machining. They should also possess excellent math skills and be able to fabricate parts using various materials. Experience with CAD software, milling machines, and Programming is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,440.00 - $55,000.00 per year
