CNA duties and responsibilities may include:

• Assisting residents with daily activities and needs as directed by nursing supervisor.
• Help residents with meals.
• Take vital signs.
• Transfer, move or reposition residents.
• Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregiver team.
• Answer resident calls.
• Assist in changing bed sheets and restocking necessary supplies.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing, nursing supervisor, and other nurses.

Requirements

• Current, valid IL state certification and in good standing.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Successful completion of a nursing assistant program.
• Current on the IDPH HCWR Registry
• Ability to perform physical tasks typically performed in CNA work, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Valid CPR (recently expired accepted, we will get you recertified)
