Form of workStarting pay for this position is $18.43/hour; base pay offered may increase based on experience, skills and internal equity. Shift differential of an additional $2.00/hour for 2nd shift included.
**THIS WILL BE A 2ND SHIFT EVENINGS POSITION ONLY - THIS SHIFT WILL BE FROM 2PM-10:30PM DURING VARIOUS DAYS OF THE WEEK**
Position is eligible for a $2,000 sign on bonus with a 2 year work commitment.
Must be available Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of start week from 8am-4:30pm for clinical orientation.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Patient Care Liaison/CNA provides patient care, greets, and talks with patients, family members, and visitors in the department. Assists with a variety of needs during their stay, performing various duties/tasks to support a smooth workflow in the unit and provide an exceptional patient experience.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High school diploma/GED Other License/Certifcations: Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Illinois or EMT-B, License in the State of Illinois American Heart Association (BLS for Health Care Providers)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience: Prior patient care experience
