The CNA/Home Health Aide functions as a caregiver in providing assistance with the activities of daily living for residents. The duties of the Home Health Aide are planned and assigned by the Registered Nurse to meet the individualized needs of the resident. The Home Health Aide is an unlicensed paraprofessional registered with the State of Indiana and reports directly to the Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse with general supervision of the Director of Nursing and Administrator.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) or actively pursuing their diploma or GED.
- Must be either a HHA and/or CNA registered in the State of Indiana
- Current CPR
- PART-TIME EVENING 64 HRS PER PAY PERIOD
