CNA/HHA Cape Area- $25/hr! 20 hours per week!

Direct Support Staff Team Member (HHA/CNA) / Upper & Lower Cape Cod.

Community Connection Healthcare, LLC is looking for CNAs or HHAs for the Upper and Lower Cape areas. Positions are Per Diem and CCH will work with staff to build a flexible schedule.

Must have your own transportation.

Job Duties include:

Meeting with each client(s) 1-hour per day for:

• Meal prep
• Light housekeeping (vacuuming, dusting, dishes)
• Running errands / Light grocery shopping
• Helping with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and hygiene
• Reminding the client to take their medication on time (we do not administer medications)
• Tracking your client’s condition and reporting changes to your supervisor

Requirements Include:

• Preferred HHA, CNA or PCA Certified
• CPR Certification required
• Updated TB skin test and Physical
• Background check required
• Driver's License/State ID required
• Travel, must have own transportation, flexibility (up to 7 days a week)
• Mature, responsible, attendance, and punctuality
• High standards of honesty, and integrity
• Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision
