BrightStar Care of Hilton Head is seeking a compassionate and dedicated CNA/CG to join our growing team. As a CNA/CG, you will provide essential healthcare and medical support to clients in the Bluffton, and surrounding areas.
Compensation & Benefits:
The CNA/CG position at BrightStar Care of Hilton Head offers a competitive hourly rate of $16 per hour. Part-time employees are also eligible for company-sponsored training and development opportunities, as well as opportunities for career advancement within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Perform light housekeeping duties and prepare meals for clients as needed
- Monitor and record changes in client's health or behavior and report to supervising nurse
- Assist with medication reminders and administration as directed by supervising nurse
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the healthcare team
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including infection control and safety protocols
Requirements:
- 1 yr Experience working as a CNA or Caregiver
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Ability to work effectively as an individual contributor and as part of a team
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel to clients' homes
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
