Brickmont Assisted Living is looking for a responsible, dutiful and motivated individual to join our team as a Certified Nursing Aide/Caregiver. The role requires assisting our resident's with activities of daily living and supporting your fellow co-workers and the Resident Care Director as needed to provide a supportive and caring environment. The candidate completes an assortment of daily tasks, including but not limited to, assisting with care for residents, laundry, serving the residents in the dining room during meals. The candidate must be communicating any needs or concerns to the direct supervisor immediately. This role requires exceptional organization and communication skills. Ideal candidates will value performance over seniority, have a positive attitude and be willing to work hard whenever necessary. Candidate must be on time for shift and be willing to work until the completion of scheduled shift. The CNA/Caregiver role is required to participate in CPR/First Aid and Caregiver Fire Safety Certification.
