CNA Part-time 1st shift

Hampton Nursing and Rehab working towards our mission to provide quality long-term care and related health services is looking for caring certified nursing assistants for our fantastic residents/patients.

CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant Responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:

• Check residents routinely to ensure needs are met per individualized care plans
• Answer call lights in timely manner
• Report all changes in condition to nurse as soon as possible
• Assure that residents are positioned appropriately for meals and serve meal trays as well as assist with feeding as needed
• Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, kiosks, etc., in an informative and descriptive manner before the end of shift
• Receive/give the nursing report upon reporting on/off duty and main other records as directed

Our candidates will possess the ability to effectively communicate with patients and other staff. Prior experience as nursing assistant preferred but not required.

Educational requirements:

· State certified nursing assistant.

· Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program
