Summary:
Performs specific patient care procedures (such as basic wound care and catheter maintenance) and tasks under the direction of the RN All procedures, duties, and tasks are to be completed under the patient's care plan as ordered in conjunction with the physician.
Patient care is provided in the inpatient hospice setting.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year of direct patient care in a clinical setting is preferred
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification
- BLS
- Microsoft Office
- Electronic devices, laptop, desktop, smartphone, program applications
- Electronic Medical Record on various platforms
- Ability to learn and document in EPIC charting system
