Title: CNA Hospice
Location: Milford, CT
Contract: 6 weeks
Shift: 8hrs day shift
Start: Immediate

• Hospice experience required, HCHB experience preferred
• Hospice care in home settings. Must be willing to travel to/from patient homes.
• Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Standard shift:

• Day shift

Weekly schedule:

• 5x8
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• CNA: 1 year (Required)
• CNA Hospice: 1 year (Required)
• HCHB: 1 year (Preferred)
• Travel: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CNA (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• Covid vaccine (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Preferred)
• Flu vaccine (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Denver, CO 80211: Relocate before starting work (Required)
