We are looking for skilled CNA’s (Certified Nursing Assistant) to become a part of our compassionate care-giving team. We are searching for dedicated, compassionate and energetic individual to become a part of our family.
RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DUTIES:
Home Care CNA duties will involve personal contact and interaction with varying participant population. Tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Providing personal care to participants.
- Assisting with activities of daily living, transferring, and lifting.
- Reporting any change in status to Agency Supervisor.
- Helping with meal preparation and feeding.
- Completing basic housekeeping functions.
- Documenting services provided and participant conditions in Electronic Health Records or as directed.
- Working in POSP’s Adult Day Center when needed.
- Participating in On-Call rotation for weekdays and weekends.
