Rehabilitative Health Services was established in August of 1998 and is in its 25th year. We have provided mental Health Services to the community of South Eastern Idaho since our inception. On average, RHS serves an estimated 1500 clients at any time, with an annual clientele service of over three thousand patients annually. Currently, we accept most major private insurances, Medicaid, Medicare, Optum Idaho Medicaid, and True Blue/Blue Cross Special Needs Programs. We also offer a private pay/sliding scale fee for the service program. RHS is also an approved site for The National Health Service Corp.

The CNA needs to engage with clients positively and enthusiastically, be willing to assist and support staff and provide direct and indirect patient care. The CNA must also have exceptional communication skills with co-workers, as this may affect changes in patients' conditions and medical needs. I must respond quickly and accurately in a pressured environment and be able to perform nursing duties with supervision.
Qualifications:
- CNA certification (Experience preferred)
- High School or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing patient care
- Provide customer services
- Obtain necessary information
- Support clients with Walker and wheelchair access and assist clients on standing.
- Coordinate information to caregivers, physicians, and nurses regarding patient.
- Apply treatment plans for the patient to utilize.
- Record medical data into our electronic health record system
- Report changes to medical staff
- Assess possible medical issues, seek administrative guidance and medical consultation when necessary.
- Monitor blood pressure, oxygen, and other assessment needs
- Observe the behavior of patients.
- Stay up to date with CNA training and relevant processes.
- CNA certification needs to be certified by the state.
- Trained in CPR
- Work independently
- Work in a fast-paced environment, and communicate well with staff members.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
