Wellington Woods Memory Care is a newer 20-bed assisted living facility (level II) facility that specializes solely in providing memory care for residents suffering from various forms of dementia including Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's, Huntington's, Lewy Body, and/or other cognitive deficits. We can actually hold 16 residents with the current configuration. The facility is located in the area of the Villages of Wellington near the Fellowship Bible Church and Primrose School of West Little Rock.
We are searching for highly dedicated, hardworking, respectful and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants for 8h M-F shifts on the 6a/2p and 2p/10p shifts -and- 12h weekend shifts. This is a wonderful opportunity as we will have no more than 16 residents to provide care for and schedule 2 or more direct care staff on all shifts. In other words, a 1:8 ratio or lower. Successful candidates will have a loving, caring, and friendly disposition. CNAs will be "universal workers" and will not only provide assistance with ADLs, but also lead activities planned by the certified activities director, provide housekeeping services throughout the facility, and carefully do the residents' laundry.
We expect our team members to abide with facility policies (dress code, tardiness/absence policy, cell phone use, professional conduct, doing the job tasks you were hired for) at all times. If this is an issue, please do not apply as your employment will likely not last long.
Long term care experience and/or experience working with individuals with various forms of dementia is desired, but not absolutely necessary for the right candidate.

Individuals must be a team player, dependable, and respectful with a positive attitude at all times. PointClickCare is the EHR software that is used for this facility.
