```Duties```
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report any significant changes to the nursing staff
- Provide assistance during medical procedures, such as suture removal or spinal tap
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Perform catheter care and assist with urinary catheterization
- Assist with patient mobility and transfers
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (Cerner)
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
```Requirements```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant program
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records systems (Cerner)
- Ability to provide physical assistance to patients, including lifting and transferring
